Browse the marketplace, add items to your cart, and checkout securely. You can pay by card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery where available. All sellers are verified by MASA.
How can I become a seller?+
Apply via our seller application page. We review your store details and documentation. Once approved, you get a digital storefront, AI insights, and access to our buyer network across Qatar and the region.
What delivery options are available?+

Each seller arranges delivery. You will see their delivery and timing notes on the store profile and on each product page. Sellers may enable an optional same-day delivery promise with a published cutoff time (for example, orders placed before a set hour may target same-day delivery).

Checkout confirms your delivery address and order details. High-value items may require signature or insured handling, depending on the seller.

How long does order delivery take?+

Orders are delivered within hours on the same day whenever possible, as fast as conditions allow. Delivery time varies depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Store location
  • Customer location
  • Peak seasons and promotional periods
  • Weather or other external circumstances
What is your return policy?+

There is no single marketplace-wide return rule: each seller sets whether returns and exchanges are offered, how many days you have from the actual delivery time (not only the order date), and any extra conditions they publish.

The current policy appears on the store profile and as a short summary on product pages. When you place an order, we save a snapshot of that policy with your order, so later seller changes do not affect purchases already made.

After delivery, if you are still within the allowed window and the store permits it, you can request a return or exchange from your order details in your account.

MASA does not offer cash refunds; other resolutions follow the store’s policy and our Customer Terms & Conditions. Review the store’s policy before you buy, and contact the store or support if you need help.
